Firewater BBQ & Brew- Crest Hill at 1847 Knapp Street, Crest Hill, Illinois.

This is our go to local BBQ restaurant. I always get the pulled pork sandwich which is consistently good. We love the homemade BBQ sauces and always buy a bottle to enjoy at home. I'm picky when it comes to coleslaw but there's is one of the best I've had. My husband has ordered several different main course items and generally seems to enjoy them all. He loves a good brisket but has had issues with the consistency. He loves the corn bread and coleslaw but the other side dishes aren't anything spectacular.
